While it’s true that George Orwell was an insufferable leftist right up until the day he died, we can still learn much from many of his writings, as they display the disillusionment he felt when socialism leaped from intellectual theory and into real-world practice. The fruity rainbow images of the “worker’s paradise” espoused by the average left-wing college professor never seemed to materialize for Orwell once they were actually implemented. While Animal Farm and 1984 are his two most well recognized works regarding his personal disappointment with socialism, his lesser known book The Road to Wigan Pier is demonstrative of this as well.
This book is divided into two parts, the first being a description of the British working class and Orwell’s time spent among them. The second part is is just as relative today as it was in 1937, as Orwell goes on to describe in great detail the divide between the middle class intellectuals who advocate a system supposedly in favor of “the worker”, while at the same time being completely alienated from or holding in outright contempt the very same people for whom they claim to advocate. Orwell refers to these people as “Cranks” – the modern day equivalent of which would be the swarms of “Social Justice Warriors” infesting our college campuses or the “Champagne Socialist” celebrities found slithering around Hollywood.
Does this sound familiar?
‘Socialism’ and ‘Communism’ draws towards it with magnetic force every fruit-juice drinker, nudist, sandal-wearer, sex-maniac, Quaker, ‘Nature Cure’ quack, pacifist and feminist in England.
He also makes mention of:
that dreary tribe of high-minded women and sandal-wearers and bearded fruit-juice drinkers who come flocking towards the smell of ‘progress’ like bluebottles to a dead cat
While The Road to Wigan Pier is an obvious attempt to further promote the failed policies of socialism, for those of us on the Right it remains important that we steer clear of conservative echo chambers and frequently immerse ourselves in this sort of material, so that we may stockpile sufficient ammunition with which to better combat our leftist foes. It can come in quite handy during a debate to inform your enemy that Orwell would consider them a “sandal-wearing vegetarian sex-maniac” or a “fruit-juice drinker with a wilting beard”.

This book chronicles Bob Matthews and crew as they evolve from a group of disgruntled John Birchers, to Christian Identitarians, to guerrilla fighters, to federal inmates. Matthews – as we all know – wasn’t “lucky” enough to live out the rest of his days in federal custody. His war ended in a blazing inferno on Whidbey Island, just off the coast of Washington State.
While this book is a mainstream publication and obviously not sympathetic to Bob Matthews, David Lane, The Order, or their cause, it’s surprisingly non-bias and objective writing. As we all are painfully aware, actual journalism is a pretty rare commodity these days.

World War Two ranks as the single greatest tragedy in human history. The US – hailed as a “beacon of freedom and enlightenment” – completely sold its soul when it formed an alliance with the Bolshevik menace that would go on to press its boot heel down onto the throat of the European peoples for nearly half a century.
In the ruins of what once was National Socialist Germany, a small force of dedicated partisans continued on with the fight – the “SS Werewolf” insurgents. Their resistance was short lived. This is the combat manual they [supposedly] used to wage a guerrilla campaign against Allied and Soviet Occupation, presented here in both German and English.

This book details how in spite of the perceived historical friction between the communist and capitalist worlds, Wall Street bankers and investors played a big role in the financing of the Russian Bolshevik Revolution.
Leon Trotsky was not only given financial support but also housed in NYC for a time thanks to assistance from his wealthy Wall Street benefactors before being shipped off to Russia – much like Comrade Lenin – for the purpose of communist agitation.
Say what you will about Czar Nicholas II, but he was a good Christian man of German stock (over 90%) who was a far better ruling alternative than the murderous red plague of Jewish Bolshevism that was unleashed upon the people of Russia and Eastern Europe. The blood of millions of Christians is on the hands of those traitorous rat banksters who reside in the financial district cesspit of New York City.

This is the most in-depth and scholarly acceptable book available detailing the long and bloody history of the conflict between Western, Christian Civilization – particularly the Catholic Church – and the Jews. The constant acts of revolution and subversion are all chronicled here.
This is a conflict that has simmered and boiled for over 2000 years and has done much to shape world history – from The Crucifixion to the current conflict in Syria. If you ever hope to fully come to grips with and understand “The JQ” (AKA: The Red Pill there is no coming back from) from a historical and academic perspective then this book is a “must read”.
Since this massive work in its unabridged form is nearly 1200 pages long, I will be posting two versions. One is the abridged version from “culture wars” articles, the other will be the complete text.
